Holy Cow Beef Farms located in Graham supplies grass fed cattle to north Texas.  In this Going Green Report Kailey Franz tells us there are more benefits than expected when it comes to this all natural food.

The nutritional value of eating all natural grass fed beef is a little different then what you would expect.  Holy Cow Farms raises only pasture-finished beef to provide consumers with an organic product.
 
The grass-fed beef has many health benefits.  The Warrens say pasture-finished beef taste better as well.
