Ambulance attendants took one person to a local hospital after a traffic accident at 8:15 this morning on Farm Road 18.

Police say a teenage driver was distracted by the car stereo, and her vehicle drifted over the center line and collided with another vehicle. The teenager was not injured, but the other driver suffered an injured arm.

The accident happened just east of Highway 36 on Farm Road 18, near the Taylor-Callahan County line.
