Frank, 86, died Sunday morning March 7, 2010. Funeral services will be
held at St Vincent’s Pallotti Catholic Church, 2525 Westview in Abilene
on Friday March 12, 2010 at 10:00 AM. Viewing will be at Elmwood
Funeral Home, 5750 Hwy 277 South, Thursday March 11th from 6-7 PM.
Followed by a prayer service beginning at 7:00 PM.
Frank was born in Moberly, MO to Laura and Joseph Daly, He retired from the Air Force as a Lt Colonel in 1972. He was married in 1972 to Wanda Ward, who preceded him in death Jan 2009. He is survived by his two children John Peterman and Lisa Stroope; two brothers, Jerry and Tom Daly; sister, Beth Daly; and five granddaughters.
