Donna Marie Potts, 86, of Abilene, loving wife and mother passed
away Monday, March 22, 2010 in Oklahoma City. Services will be held at
11:00 am on Saturday, March 27, 2010 at The Hamil Family Funeral Home,
6449 Buffalo Gap Road. Burial will follow in Elmwood Memorial Park.
Donna was born to Arthur and Helen Alley in Holdrege, Nebraska on September 4, 1923. She married William Potts on November 22, 1947. They were happily married for 44 years. Donna was a member of Grace Lutheran Church.
Donna was preceded in death by her parents, brother, and husband. Her survivors include four children, Gerri Boyd, Mike Potts and Barbara Barton, all of Oklahoma City, and Sandy Scott of Abilene; two sisters, Nadyne Petersen of Tempe, Arizona and Jan Gratopp of Omaha, Nebraska. Donna was blessed with four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Memorials may be sent to the American Cancer Society.
