A Missouri senior is living proof that age is just a number, and his actions may put many younger people to shame.

Jack McVay is 94 years old, but that doesn't keep him from hitting the gym six days a week.  McVay is one of the first to arrive the Adair County Family YMCA each day, before many other Kirksville residents even get out of bed.

He runs the treadmill for 40 minutes, lifts weights for 20 minutes, and then hits the treadmill for another 20 minutes. Mcvay has been a regular at the gym for six years, and says only the weather can keep him away.
