According to the American Diabetes Association, almost 24 million people in the United States have diabetes, and it's the seventh leading cause of death.


Adding a few foods to your plate like cinnamon or even coffee could save you from the debilitating disease. 

One weird sign you could be at risk for diabetes -- you nap alot.

In a recent study, participants who napped four to six times a week were 36-percent more likely to have type two diabetes while those who napped daily were 28 percent more likely.
