Republican and incumbent Rep. Rick Crawford is winning the U.S. House District 1 race as election returns come in tonight.
He's in front of Democrat and Second Judicial District Prosecutor Scott Ellington, the Green Party's Jacob Holloway and Libertarian Party candidate Jessica Paxton.
Crawford has 50-percent of the vote and Ellington has 45-percent while Paxton has 3-percent and Holloway has 2-percent.
Zero-percent of precincts are reporting.
