Tom Cotton Winning U.S. House District 4 Race

Republican Tom Cotton is winning the U.S. House District 4 race as election returns come in tonight.

He's in front of State Sen. Gene Jeffress, of Ouachita County, the Green Party's Joshua Drake and Libertarian Party candidate Bobby Tullis.

Cotton has 50-percent of the vote and Jeffress has 47-percent while Tullis has 2-percent and Drake has 1-percent.

One-percent of precincts are reporting.
