NBC News: Obama to Win Re-election but Romney Projected Winner in Arkansas

NBC News is projecting a re-election victory for President Barack Obama.

Earlier in the evening, NBC News projected Mitt Romney the winner in the presidential race in Arkansas.

Other NBC News projected wins (as of 9:50 tonight) in the presidential race are listed below.

Totals in Arkansas show Romney in front with 57-percent of the vote to Obama's 41-percent and 25-percent of precincts reporting.
