Kentucky Race Headed For Recount?

By: Michael C. Fehn
Updated: November 7, 2012
A recount could be on the way in one western Kentucky race.

Numbers show State Representative John Arnold, of Sturgis, defeating Republican Tim Kline, of Owensboro, by just five votes of the more than 15-thousand cast.

Kline says he has found no signs of abnormalities, but the race is just too close not to ask for a second look.

Kline is sending a letter to the Secretary of State's Office, asking for a recanvas of the votes.  He has not decided, however, if he will ask for a formal recount.
