Callahan county has put two propositions on the ballet.

One would allow stores to sell beer to take home, the other would permit restaurants to serve mixed drinks to customers.

Reaction to the possible changes has been mixed among people in Clyde.

Some other reasons supporters hope the new laws will pass is the desire to bring money into the area.

While others who are against the idea of selling alcohol say they feel it's more of a moral issue in their town.
