Maxine Ridling

A Texas native and a southern girl at heart, Maxine spent the past two years reporting and anchoring in both Amarillo and here in Abilene.
When KTAB asked her to join their team, she didn't even hesitate.
You may have spotted her on another station here in town. Prior to KTAB, Maxine was the morning anchor and producer for KRBC.
Before moving to Abilene, Maxine was a reporter for KFDA in Amarillo.
She began her career as a sports intern and then quickly moved to the newsroom as an associate producer.
A proud graduate of West Texas A&M University, Maxine joined the university's award winning news team NewsOne, and fell in love with the industry. From photography to editing - she was hooked! She graduated in spring of 2010 with a degree in Mass Communications with an emphasis in Broadcasting and minor in Marketing.
You can catch her weeknights at 5pm, 6pm, and 10pm anchoring beside Bob Bartlett. If she's not on the news you can catch her pinning, tweeting, posting, cooking, running, and writing.
