Sunday Evening Vigils Planned for Hailey Dunn

A handful of vigils have been planned around the Big Country Sunday evening to pray for the safe return of missing Colorado City 13-year-old Hailey Dunn.

The largest of the services appears to be happening in Sweetwater. Folks are being asked to gather in the First United Methodist Church parking lot at 5 p.m. According to an organizer, Hailey, the Dunn family, law enforcement, and search parties will be lifted up in prayer. The community in Snyder also has a 5 p.m. vigil planned. Services in that town will take place at Towle Memorial Park. (click here for map)

Residents in Coahoma plan to hold their own candlelight prayer vigil at Coahoma City Park at 5 p.m.

According to the CBS affiliate in Midland, Forsan will also host a candlelight vigils this evening. An exact location was not available.
