The calls were made shortly after Dunn had temporarily broken up with her boyfriend, Shawn Adkins, now a suspect in 13-year-old Hailey Dunn's disappearance.
Dunn called police on Valentine's Day last year, asking if an officer could keep an eye on her home, fearing Adkins would try to steal something while she was at work.
"Shawn had taken a debit card after we had gotten into an argument, she said. "We can say ugly things to each other."
A call later placed by Adkins said Billie was trying to kill herself.
"I wouldn't kill myself for sure. I have two children and I'm really their only caregiver. I'm the one who buys their food, their clothes. If they need me, I'm their mother."
In another call made to 9-1-1 on the same day, Dunn is heard telling the dispatcher that Adkins threatened to kill her via text message.
"If I had ever thought he was going to hurt my children or myself he would have been out of here and he wouldn't be back," she responded Tuesday night.
Dunn said since the arguments happened 11 months ago, she wants people to focus on the present and help bring her missing daughter home.
