In the fifth straight week of the search for Hailey Dunn, investigators say they're getting new leads every day, but there's still no sign of the  missing 13-year-old.

It's been 28 day since she disappeared, leaving her family, police, and even those who didn't know her looking for answers.

Colorado City City Manager Pete Kampfer says the investigation is mostly criminal at this point, but investigators are continuing to follow leads here in Texas and other areas of the country.

"We're working the case across the Big Country, throughout the state and outside the state. Some being sister states that are bordering us, some a little farther away. The nature of the leads may be related to sightings, or may be related to people who think they saw something," he said.

Reports surfaced over the weekend that Shawn Adkins, the only known suspect,is traveling between a relative's home in Dunn and his mother's house in Big Spring. Adkins was staying at the home in Dunn since he reportedly failed a polygraph test on January 5.

Law enforcement officials said Adkins was under 24/7 police surveillance two weeks ago, but could not confirm that on Monday.

"His whereabouts and how he's traveling and what he's doing  hour to hour, I'm not aware of that. His movements and what he's doing right now is his business," Kampfer said.

Mitchell County Sheriff Patrick Toombs says he expects someone will be arrested at some point.

"Eventually, at some point in time, there will be someone we will probably try on this case.  We will not present this case to a grand jury until we have all the evidence we need to prosecute someone," he said.

But until an arrest is made or Hailey is found, her picture will remain posted all over Texas in hopes of her safe return.

The reward for information about Hailey's whereabouts remains at $15,000.
