Controversy is developing over the search for missing 13-year-old Hailey Dunn.

Members of the Hailey's Angels group are expressing frustration at some comments made by leaders of the professional search organizations that traveled to Colorado City over the weekend to participate in the search.

The two groups of searchers have worked independently of each other for the most part since Hailey was last seen eight weeks ago in Colorado City.

Comments

Many of the members of the National Search groups are family and friends of other missing persons. They know what it's like to live through the horrible ordeal of a missing and sometimes murdered person. Many of them know the false accusations and rumors that have been thrown their way so they naturally are very sensitive and respectful to families of other missing persons.

The National search groups are not there to judge anyone - they give of themselves to help find a missing person, while working as a team with law enforcement, and know the importance of a unified community in the search efforts.

This is because the professional searchers are there to find Hailey. Some Facebook sites are only used for rumor and gossip and defend one side of the family.Donations are gathered, pictures of posing smiling searchers are taken while looking for a possibly dead child. There are some locals looking for Hailey without an agenda and the professional groups coming in are looking for Hailey. There are too many looking for attention and thier picture in the local paper.
