Friday Story:
The grandmother of missing Colorado City 13-year-old Hailey Dunn is behind bars in Scurry County.
Deputies tell bigcountryhomepage.com Connie Ostrander was arrested Friday on drug charges.
Ostrander, 49, is the mother of Billie Dunn. She faces a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
According to publicdata.com, Ostrander has a history of arrests including three DWIs, assault, theft, and possession of marijuana.
Last week, Hailey's father, Clint Dunn, was arrested in Scurry County. Dunn turned himself in on a warrant for violating his probation with the original charge of marijuana possession, driving with an expired license, and a unsafe backing.

jbrownTghe record speaks for it's self When they buy illegal drugs and the Grandmother has been arrested for illegal controlled substance and the Dad has been arrested for marijuana, I think it is very obvious these people are not upright citizens and then to find the 100,000+ pictures

I am not on anyones team. I don't do drugs and have never been in trouble in my life. But what I am is a mother and here for Haley's Team. It says "comments" not "Judgemental". I am from Colorado City and didn't know the Dunn's personally. My whole point is everyone really should be worried about finding Hailey not about judging the adults. That time will come by law with the law for all of that. Just remember no one is perfect. NO ONE!!!

Um, correct me if I am mistaken, but the "comments" section is for comments, is it not? Sounds like you must be on the Billie team of "I don't know", I didn't ask", It's not mine. The whole bunch are just like the Cummings. If their behaviour was normal, none of this would be front page news and no one would be discussing it. The drugs and the small item of child [censored] will be left up to the authorities and the grand jury.

The drug issue should be left up to the proper authorities. If the general public to comment on or be judgemental than all I can say is maybe they should be out looking for her and not running your mouth.

Actually, it does matter. The night Billie & Shawn went to the ATM and withdrew two different amounts of cash, they stated that they did that to buy illegal drugs. They also stated they then went to her mom's house after that. Gee-wonder if g'ma could be their dealer? The whole family is involved in low life scummy stuff. So, yeah, it matters.

It just keeps on coming, Billie needs to go back to work somewhere, but she may not have a job, as the job at the hospital may not want a [censored] offender working there, she was lucky to have a job there as she was fired as a nurse for LYING. Surely she don't lie not even about the [censored]

I wonder, since Billie has no job, if her donations were used to bond out mom. I think her money machine is broken after the child [censored] revelation. Of course, Billie didn't know what was on that memory stick. Must be LE lies again.
