March Doesn't Have to Mean Madness for your Diet

The American Heart Association wants to help jump-start your healthy eating plan. AHA reminds you to look for its heart-check mark on foods to easily spot heart-healthy products in the grocery store. The heart-check mark on food packaging means the food has been certified to meet the American Heart Association's criteria for saturated fat and cholesterol for healthy people over age two.
