Many senior citizens have two-stepped their way to money as part of an annual fundraiser held at Cobb Park.

Seniors at Cobb Park danced their way to the dollars.

This fundraiser is for the senior side of Cobb Park just to help raise a little bit of extra money to pay for some of the other events they do.

Event coordinator Naomi Stark said fundraisers like the dance help make events for seniors possible.

"This money is pretty important. It's actually a pretty big chunk of what we spend," said Stark.

She said it's not just for activities, but also to keep the center going.

"We fund raise for some of the repairs that we need and some of the cosmetic stuff the budget doesn't cover," she said. "This is just an opportunity for everybody to come together and have a good time and dance and listen to some good music".

The seniors said they were having so much fun, they forgot they were raising money.
