Focus on Faith: Abilene Church Showcases Sacred Art

By: Tim Johnston and Stetson Samuel
Updated: May 18, 2011
First Central Presbyterian Church is in the middle of their month long art show, "Sacred Art".

32 artists, young and old, with ties to the church put up paintings, photographs, and sculptures. Some are faith focused, while others feature abstract elements. However, the church is proud of every work because they see God's creativity in the artwork.

The art gallery is open to the public all month long.
