One Abilene Zumba class isn't your typical exercise program.
"We're just here to have some fun, get in shape, and it's for a good cause," says Jason Hernandez.
Instructor Jason Hernandez gave people the opportunity to help both themselves and Love and Care Ministries.
"It's a win win situation everyone benefits from it. We have fun, we're social together, we network together and we're helping the community while we're doing it," Hernandez added.
The non-profit organization gives back to the community by handing out sack lunches to the homeless in our area. With more than several thousand meals to give, every step they take is one step closer to helping lives.
"We're just doing breakfast and lunch and we're doing 7,000 hot meals, plus we give away food boxes and give away food on the streets. It takes quite a bit of funds and so this helps a lot," says Terry Davis of Love and Care Ministries.
