According to Jessica Jackson, owner of Betty & June Boutique, floral is one of the newest styles out this year along with bright colors.
When it comes to nail polish, darker reds and cement grays are the new trends. Jackson says a natural nude color can also be very trendy.
Jackson also shows off two pairs of shoes in stock at the Betty and June store currently, including a bright pink heel appropriate for work or play, and oxford flats for girls who prefer to stay away from heels.
Another huge trend for fall will be customizable jewelry. Betty & June has monogrammed necklaces available in dozens of colors.
For bracelets, bangles are still the go to option and as Jackson says, "the more the merrier."
You can check out the latest styles or pick up a custom necklace for yourself, just head to Pine street in downtown Abilene anytime Monday through Saturday, they're open from 10am to 6pm. Or you can search BettyandJune on facebook.
