The sixth annual White Buffalo Bikefest will offer something for everyone this weekend, highlighted by Saturday's 38 Special concert.

Activities will be held throughout Friday and Saturday on The Coliseum grounds. Gates open at 7 a.m. both days and vendors will be open at 8 a.m. Beer sales will be from 11 a.m. to midnight Friday and 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. Saturday.

"Everything is falling right into place," said Snyder Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Melissa Elam. "We are working on all of the last-minute details. It is going to be a great weekend."

A weekend pass is $35 and $20 for children ages seven to 15. Children six and under will be admitted free if accompanied by a parent or guardian. There is a limit of two children per paying adult. Children must be with parents at all times.

Elam also announced the gate information. Gate 1 will be open for vendors and motorcycle reentry only. Gate 2 is for motorcycle registration and Gate 3 is general admission. Gate 4 will be an exit-only gate and Gate 5 is for RV and volunteer check-in as well as general admission.

The featured concert is 38 Special and Geneva, beginning at 8:30 p.m. Saturday on the main stage.

back to Gate 1. The parade will begin at 8 p.m. Other activities will include the bike show, poker run and performances by several motorcycle groups.

For the second straight year, the BACA Nation syndicated radio show will be at the venue throughout the weekend. A live broadcast will be held at some point. Show officials have not released the time of the show.

New to Bikefest this year is the all-female daredevil duo known as Circus Una. The motorcycle, trapeze artist and rider will perform above the ground on a wire. The finale is a complete 360 revolution around the wire.

Patrick Stephens is back again to perform in Snyder. Each of his shows is comprised of up to three experienced stunt riders and an announcer. While performing, Stephens utilizes a wireless microphone so he can interact with the crowd as well as give a running play-by-play description of the stunts he is performing. New to the Bikefest, but not to Snyder, will be the Micro Wrestling Federation. The performers were at The Coliseum in 2009 and will have several shows during Bikefest.

MWF's mission is to show the world that the wrestlers are equal, serious athletes and have the determination to succeed. The federation's talent is considered an entertainment machine that provides a balance between serious "sports entertainment" with a touch of comedic value.

Another returning group this year is Team Stunt Garbage, a professional street motorcycle stunt team aimed at entertaining kids and adults. Team Stunt Garbage has been riding together since 2003. The group is originally from Corpus Christi and has performed all over Texas as well as at shows in Mexico and competitions in Florida. Musical artists will take the stage throughout the two days. On Friday, John Sprott, Push- Rod and Los Hermanos Ramos will perform. Prior to Saturday night's headliner concert, the stage will feature performances from 6901, JunkMale and the Dustin Garrett Trio. Friday's activities are highlighted by the lighted bike parade, which will begin lining up at 7:30 p.m. on Apple Street. The parade route will be Apple Street to 37th Street and then
