Since this month is all about cancer awareness we turned the spotlight on a very special little boy.

Today's nomination came to us from Sami O'Brien.

The picture shows her two year old son shaving his head in order to be like his grammy.  Sadly his grandma, Sami's mother, was diagnosed with stage four ovarian cancer and lost her battle in april of last year.

According to Sami, the decision to shave his head, was all her son's idea.  We're proud to recognize them as Today's Spotlight on U segment.
