Goodwill West Texas Owner Cindy Haley says their most popular costume each year is usually a witch, but she sees people come in all the time and create their own costumes by browsing what's available at the store.
Haley says one of the best parts about creating your own costume is putting it together with your family. In addition to clothing, the store also carries Halloween themed make-up and pumpkin baskets for trick-or-treating.
