Most of what comes to mind for Halloween makes its one of the least eco-friendly holidays, like individually wrapped candies, plastic and chemical heavy costumes, and energy consuming lights.
But now with a little bit of change, your Halloween party can be can be fun and eeeko-friendly.
Instead of wasting paper and time, try sending invitation online.
E-vites or Facebook events have become the newest trend to get your party started.
Candy is of course a Halloween signature, but trade the sugar treat with fruit snack.
They are organic but still sweet.
Aisles after aisle of Halloween decorations offer a lot of options, but I found solar powered LED lights. Its keeps it festive but conserves energy.
