Local Business Treats Dyess Troops to Cowboys Game

By: Josh Berry
Updated: October 31, 2011
50 Dyess troops will take a trip to the Christmas Eve Cowboys game in Arlington.

It's all thanks to VIP Sports Getaways who was tailgating for a cause tonight.

A tent was set up outside of the Fastline Bar and Grill on South First.

They raised money to send 50 Dyess Troops to the Christmas Eve Cowboys game against the Philadelphia Eagles.

The tent was packed with generous sports fans enjoying, or rather suffering through, the game against those same Eagles Sunday night.

The lucky troops will ride to the game in the VIP Sports charter bus. They hope to support the troops and give them something to enjoy off base.
