When it comes to bling some girls say the bigger the better while others like to keep it simple, but the one thing all women can all agree on, is we'd rather keep the price tag as small as possible.

Brenda Heppner, Vocational Director of Goodwill gets to visit several Goodwill stores across the state.  As a result her collection of re-purposed jewelry has grown rather large over the years.  Wire cutters are her best friend, and it's easy to see why when you look at some of the things she's crafted.

All of the jewelry she brought in to show us came from pieces of other jewelry, broaches, and even belt buckles that she's torn apart only to create a new masterpiece.

"I like big and bold," Heppner explains, "and something that nobody else has."

The process isn't hard, according to Heppner you just need a little imagination and of course some very strong glue.
