The Big Country's Miss December

The new playmate was born and raised in Merkel, and that's where she says her family still lives.
"It's my home and I love it," she says simply.
But Rainey's quiet life here in the Big Country, working at Cadillac Styles in Abilene, is contrasted by the constant hustle and bustle of the playmate lifestyle.
"I live two very different lives," she explains, "I'm in L.A. promoting Playboy and working hard for them, but when I'm home I work a regular 9 to 5 job like most people here."
And that isn't all for Rainey, who is also working toward becoming a nurse.
"I'm having to take a little break from nursing school because I travel so much," she says, "but I do ultimately want to be a nurse. It's always been a dream of mine and I have a passion for it."
The passion, she says, comes from her mother, "she has always been this little doctor in our family."
As far as playboy goes, Rainey says she always knew she wanted to make an appearance in the magazine and the extra attention as far as appearances are an added bonus.
"It's different from my life here," she says, "so when I go there I love to be pampered and taken care of."
At the end of the day, coming back to the Big Country is her new vacation and source for relaxation.
Rainey Day will be at Books-A-Million in the Mall Of Abilene this Thursday, November 17th from 7-9pm to sign autographs.
