Few New Developments in Hailey Dunn Investigation

Bigcountryhomepage.com continually receives requests to provide updates on the disappearance of Colorado City 14-year-old Hailey Dunn. Unfortunately, there's not much to update.

Over the weekend, gosanangelo.com posted a story about the Dunn case saying there are few new developments.

"We're still working on the case," Mitchell County Sheriff Patrick Toombs was quoted as saying in the article. "Not a whole lot has come in lately."

Dunn vanished on December 27, 2010. She was last seen by her mom's live-in boyfriend Shawn Adkins outside their Colorado City home. Toombs says Adkins and Hailey's mother now live together in Austin.

Authorities continue to wait for results on evidence that's being tested. According to Toombs, the evidence includes pornographic images. The article notes an FBI lab in Dallas is reviewing the pictures.

"Some of us met the week before last on the case," Toombs said in the article. "There's not anything that has changed."
