The male driver appeared intoxicated and tried to walk away from the scene. He was placed under arrest for DWI and transported to Hendrick Medical Center for treatment for injuries.

This morning at 1:20 Sergeant Jason Haak stopped a vehicle in the 100 block of 83/84 North for a traffic offense. The male driver had the odor of marijuana about him and appeared intoxicated. He failed the standardized field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest for DWI. He provided both a blood and urine sample and the results are pending.

And finally at 2:15 a.m. Officer Damien Hutchinson stopped a vehicle in the 1700 block of Grape for driving without headlights. The female driver appeared intoxicated and refused to take the standardized field sobriety tests. She was placed under arrest for DWI but refused to provide a breath sample.
