Apparently not everyone is in the Christmas spirit around the Big Country.

A Christmas decoration vandal apparently tore through one south Abilene neighborhood.

Police reported Saturday that unknown persons damaged Christmas decorations and lights in yards along the 3800 block of Brookhollow Drive.

According to reports, items appeared to be cut with a knife or sharp object. Other items were broken and smashed.

Police estimate about $2,000 worth of damage.

They haven't caught the decoration grinch, and so far police have no suspects.
