Webcast: Tenaska Air Quality Lawsuit Dismissed

An Austin judge has dismissed two lawsuits against the development of a coal-powered electric power-generating facility near Sweetwater.
The judge dismissed the appeals to the air quality permits for the Tenaska power plant.
The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality granted the permits, but the Sierra Club and a group called the Multi-County Coalition appealed.
Tenaska company officials say they will capture 85-to-90-percent of the carbon dioxide emissions.
