Dyess Airman Indicted After Summer Shooting Incident

The indictment was handed down to 22-year-old Frankie Marico Brown on charges of aggravated assault and deadly conduct.
Police say two people were involved in a fight at a south Abilene apartment complex when Brown may have opened fire.
Two victims were shot, with one undergoing surgery for his wounds.
At the time, Brown was an airman stationed at Dyess Air Force Base.
