City of Bangs Removes Boil Water Notice

The City of Bangs announces the boil water notice which was issued Monday for a portion of its water customers east of the Dollar General store is now removed.

At 4:15 p.m., city manager Leo Smith announced the notice was removed and water customers no longer need to take the precaution of boiling water due to the water main that had broken yesterday. 

The repair is complete and the water supply has been determined to be safe for consumption.
