Gas Prices Dropping For Holidays

Triple-A Texas spokesperson Sarah Schimmer says the six-point-nine-million Texans expected to drive to their holiday destinations through New Year's are looking forward to those lower gas prices.
The statewide average is four-cents less this week at three-dollars-five-cents a gallon.
Texarkana motorists are paying the highest average in Texas at three-dollars-seven-cents, down two-cents this week.
El Paso has the lowest average at two-95, also down two-cents.
Austin's average is down four-cents to three-dollars-five-cents a gallon, while San Antonio motorists are paying three-cents less at three-dollars-one-cent a gallon.
Dallas motorists are paying three-dollars-two-cents, down a nickel this week.
Houston and Galveston drivers are paying four-cents less at three-dollars-four-cents a gallon.
The national average is three-21, five-cents less than last week's average.
