An upper level low pressure system in the desert southwest is giving some people hope for a white Christmas.  Snow/ Rain chances arrive as early as Friday Night but the best chances fall on Saturday.  Areas in the west and north of the BC could see 1-3 inches of snow, while areas in the south and east will see accumulation and more of mix of snow and rain.  Christmas will have a lot more sun and warmth
