ULTA Shows The Latest In New Years Eve Hair & Makeup

It's not just your outfit that you should be thinking about while
counting down to the new year. ULTA shows us the latest in hair and
makeup trends to finish your look.
Trina Cedeno with ULTA gave us the step by step in how she turned one pretty girl into a show stopping New Years Eve party goer. "First I did her eye shadow. It's a really good trick to do eye shadow first so she doesn't have the fall out under her eye and have dark circles afterwards."
Next Trina focused on the color. "So I did a little bit of the LaRock bronze pallet in gold. It's great for the new year and I also did a Two Faced glitter eye shadow on that and just kinda stippled it in her inter rim."
When it comes to lip color Trina told us the best way to pick what looks best on your skin color. "Red is kinda hard to pull off but this year they came out with good reds."
