Get Fishy While You're Young

Researchers in Denmark studied nearly 50,000 women between the ages of 15 and 49. They found those who never or rarely ate fish had 50% more heart problems than those who ate fish regularly.
Even women who ate fish only a couple times per month say a benefit, but the biggest improvement in heart health was seen among those who had fish twice a week.
