American Commercial College has issued a response to our story revealing details of the ongoing investigation of the school.
The Texas Workforce Commission has recently adopted several new rules to regulate for-profit career schools like ACC.
School officials have responded with this statement:
"Unfortunately, I cannot discuss any aspects of an ongoing investigation; however, I will say that, as always, American Commercial College will cooperate fully with the TWC's investigation and will certainly comply with any and all regulations as they are set forth."
