UPDATE: Third Man Arrested in Philen Murder Case

The Brown County District Attorney's Office confirms to BigCountryHomePage.com that a third arrest has been made in connection to the Brownwood murder in which the victim's brother was previously convicted.

Texas Rangers arrested 20-year-old Efrain Castillo III today and charged him with capital murder.
