Lake Fort Phantom is up slightly after the recent rain.

The lake level sits at 10 feet below the spillway right now, as the recent rain in Abilene added about three-tenths of a foot.

Water restrictions remain the same for the City of Abilene.

Watering can only be done one day a week on your designated watering day.
