Webcast: Windy, Warm Conditions Continue Today

Conditions will be windy and mild today, as highs reach the mid to upper 70s with a few passing clouds and strong southwest winds at 20-30 mph.
Cool and breezy conditions are in store overnight ahead of a cold front, dropping lows into the mid 40s.
Cooler conditions continue on Tuesday as the cold front moves through the area. Expect highs in the low to mid 50s as winds shift to the north and northwest.
The brief cool down continues into Wednesday before our temperatures head back into the 60s and 70s by the end of the week.
