Webcast: Pleasant Conditions Today, Near Record Highs Tomorrow

A very pleasant day is in store for our Thursday. We'll see highs in the low to mid 70s with plenty of sun and southwest winds at 5-15 mph.
A few passing clouds will be moving through overnight, otherwise expect mostly clear conditions with lows in the mid 40s.
Near record heat is expected for Friday. The old record, set in 1999, is 82. We're aiming for 80 under mostly sunny skies with west and southwest winds breezy at 10-20 mph.
A cold front moves through into Saturday morning, cooling our temperatures into the upper 50s and lower 60s for Saturday.
We'll be back to the 70s with lows in the 40s by Sunday, and we'll start next week with temperatures in the 60s.
Slight rain chances will work their way into the area by the middle of next week.
