Abilene has plenty of places to ride bikes, walk your dog, or roller blade. However, did you know there are several places to play disc golf?

Rock 108's Chaz McQuire, decided to take his opinion to the web, writing about the five best places to play disc golf in Abilene.

Chaz speaks out about the sport in this week's Hear Me Out.

I love disc golf. It's something I picked up a couple of years ago. It's something, I think is starting to really take off here in Abilene, as more disc golf courses are being open. It started off with Cal Young [park] and we have Will Hair [park] now and ACU has got a golf course now. They even have one [golf course] at  Fort Phantom now. It's just a good time to get together with your friends and family. I would like to see more disc golf courses in town. At last count , if I'm not mistaken, we have four , which is Cal Young, Will Hair Park, ACU and the one that just opened up at Fort Phantom, which I don't know much about that one cause it just opened up. I would like to see more disc golf courses, maybe more challenging ones. The one at Will Hair, I think, they could add on another 9-hole or another 18-hole. I would like to see more people get out in a more organized fashion. Maybe have a family tournament or maybe have a sibling tournament, the skies the limit.
