Conditions remain mostly sunny and very warm on this Friday, with the possibility of a new record high. The old record is 82 set back in 1999, and we should see highs in the low 80s with breezy southwest winds at 10-20 mph.

A cold front moves through tonight however, dropping see lows into the mid 30s.

Cooler conditions in store on Saturday with a few clouds and highs in the upper 50s and lower 60s, while overnight lows creep back up into the 40s.

Sunday looks to be warmer and windy with highs in the upper 60s and lower 70s. We may have some fire weather concerns with strong winds out of the west and southwest and some very dry air moving into the area.

We'll start next week in the mid 60s. An upper level system will move our way by Tuesday into Wednesday, cooling us back into the 50s with a slight chance for showers.
