Does It Work? Energy Sheets

To test it out, we head to David Avery Hair Salon here in Abilene, whose stylists spend countless hours on their feet trimming, coloring, and washing, a job which requires much energy and attention to detail.
"I drink tons of coffee, every day," says stylist Sally Okerstrom
So as an alternative to the regular cup of joe, we pass over the strips, and the experiment begins.
"They don't taste bad, which is good because I've done the 5 hour energy shots before and they don't necessarily always taste that great," says Okerstrom.
We let Sally get back to work, and check in about 5 hours later.
"I've been in a great mood, everyone's making fun of me because I'm super talkative, I'm not jittery though which is great," boasts Okerstrom.
"Usually about this time I'm ready for a nap after work but I feel like I could just keep going the rest of the day."
With no sugar and no calories, and as compact as those Listerine sheets, these energy strips serve as one part breath freshener, and one part energy booster.
