Abilene Copper Thieves Caught

"They pulled a bar off and came in," said one of the victims of the break in.
Two men came inside the building over the weekend and did what looked like prep work.
"They pulled out all the air conditioner lines and all the sheet metal," said the victim.
They even left their tools in the basement, so the owner knew they were, at some point going to come back, and when they did police were ready.
One suspect locked himself in this small room and the other in the basement and police let a K-9 go in the building.
"One of them got bit up by the dog and the other one didn't," said the owner of the building.
Both were apprehended, and according to the owner one of the suspects had a diary of other buildings in Abilene that they had been planning to strip copper from.
