Abilene Christian University is bringing a critically acclaimed film to stage.

The university's theatre program will showcase its production of "Proof" begining tonight through Saturday, as well as the weekend of Feb. 16.

"A little bit of laughter and a sense of romance, and a kind of mystery element. I would say this play has all of that," says director Adam Hester.

The play is geared for mature audiences over the age of 13.

The theatre opens at 7:30 p.m.
