Rain showers will continue through today with times of calm and dryness.  The heaviest rain will fall overnight Friday night and into Saturday morning.  Thunderstorms are a slight risk with the possibility of producing locally heavier rainfall.  Otherwise the widespread rain is expected to drop about a quarter of an inch towards northern counties, more than half an inch for center counties, and upwards of an inch towards South and southeastern counties.
